For over 25 years, I have been intrigued by the healing systems of the mind, body, and spirit and how they interweave with one another.
​
I was first introduced to the Alexander Technique while studying trumpet at music college in England and found that, not only did it enhance my playing considerably, but it transformed my life on every level.
After becoming a Certified Teacher in the Technique, I furthered my practice with certification and intensives in both CranioSacral Unwinding Therapy, as well as Shamanism.
​
In my view, put simply, I feel that the Alexander Technique addresses the physical, CranioSacral the physical/emotional, and Shamanic, the spiritual within an individual.
In a session, I blend these modalities to optimize healing for each individual. Clients may come with a range of issues and interests, and I work to delve deep into the source of the ailment, whether it be emotional, trauma, or physically based.

I sincerely believe that Infinite Health is all around and within each and every one of us, and I am passionate in journeying with my clients to help them to discover and access their own Inner Healer.
